Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in South Bend, IN to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product choices with consultative, compassionate service. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline via leads, referrals, and community outreach, while using HubSpot CRM to track activities and opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, selling pre-need and at-need services, managing follow-ups, and coordinating with funeral homes,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all applicable state licenses or registrations within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and members of the local community.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately.
