Job summary

Everstory Partners in Birmingham, AL seeks a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery decisions, selling pre-need and at-need services, property, memorial products, and related merchandise. You will meet clients, build a sales pipeline, and manage leads in HubSpot CRM.

This role combines consultative sales, B2C strategy, business development, and community outreach, with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training during the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic.
• One year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorial products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, and follow-up activity.
