Everstory Partners in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families select funeral and cemetery services with compassionate guidance. The role includes consultative sales, building a sales pipeline, and managing leads in HubSpot to drive new business.

You will meet with families, present products and pricing, and guide decisions while earning commissions based on performance. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, including B2C or outside sales, preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
