Everstory Partners in Lebanon, VA is seeking a Sales Counselor to help individuals and families choose funeral and cemetery solutions with compassionate guidance. You will build a pipeline, manage leads in HubSpot, and close pre-need or at-need sales.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training. You will meet families, nurture relationships, and represent Everstory Partners in community outreach and events, with some evening/weekend

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in B2C or relationship-based sales preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based environment and prospecting.
• Experienced with CRM software for lead management.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and advise on funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, property, and memorial products.
• Build a sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and walk-in opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products and pricing clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales activity.
• Attend services and participate in community events.
• Collaborate with funeral home, cemetery, operations, and leadership teams.
