• CRM experience with HubSpot or similar tools preferred.

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and sell funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
