Job summary

Everstory Partners in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery product decisions with empathy and clarity. You will manage leads, respond to inquiries, and guide customers through purchasing options, earning commissions based on individual sales performance.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a proven ability to build relationships through consultative selling and community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound/outbound prospecting and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts using HubSpot.
