Job summary

Everstory Partners in Lake Placid, FL seeks a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery decisions with empathy. You will sell pre-need and at-need services and build a pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.

You will manage leads and customer activity in HubSpot CRM, earn commissions based on performance, and participate in a paid six-week training period to ensure successful onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and advise on funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers via leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and walk-in opportunities; follow up through the sales process.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, activity, and sales opportunities.
