Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor for Lohman Funeral Ormond in Ormond Beach, FL. You will meet with families to understand needs and advise on funeral and cemetery products, while developing a sales pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, and referrals.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate during a 6-week paid training period. You’ll manage leads using HubSpot and travel locally to engage families and communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred (outside sales, B2C, sales consulting, customer service, business development, or account management).
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment with prospecting and lead development.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local appointments; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, follow-up activity, and opportunities.
