Job summary

Everstory Partners in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product choices. The role combines consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach, with a focus on building lasting relationships and earning commission.

You will meet with clients, sell pre-need and at-need services, manage leads in HubSpot CRM, and collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or relationship-based roles preferred.
• CRM experience with lead management and follow-up.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment with prospecting and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorial products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities; attend services as needed.
