Job summary

Everstory Partners in Palm City, FL seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions, selling pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise. You’ll build a pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, prospecting, networking, and community outreach, while using HubSpot CRM to manage leads and activity.

You’ll earn first-year potential of $50k–$80k with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training during the first 6

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or related roles.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and activities.
