Job summary

Everstory Partners in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices with compassionate, consultative support.

This role blends B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach, using HubSpot CRM to manage leads and activity. You will earn uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training in the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related education preferred in Business, Marketing or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, cemetery property, memorial products and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk‑in opportunities; perform follow‑ups throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families and community members.
