Everstory Partners in Albany, GA is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families choose funeral and cemetery products with compassionate guidance. You will build a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach while managing customer activity in HubSpot CRM.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus a paid training period. First-year earnings typically range from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on performance.

Formación

• Experience in sales, including B2C or outside sales, preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Bilingual proficiency a plus, especially Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
