Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a full-time Sales Counselor in Danville, VA. You will meet with families, advise on funeral and cemetery options, sell pre-need and at-need services, and build a robust sales pipeline from various channels.

You will manage leads and activities in HubSpot and collaborate with local teams to ensure a compassionate client experience. The role offers a commission-based structure with a potential guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus a paid training period and annual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic a plus.
• 1 year of sales experience or related roles preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and guide options.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline from inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Use HubSpot to track leads, activities, and opportunities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services and partner with local teams to support customers.
