Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Fredericksburg, VA. You will meet with families to understand needs and guide them through pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.

Build a strong sales pipeline via inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach while maintaining relationships in HubSpot CRM. The role emphasizes consultative, B2C sales with a commission structure and a paid training period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics) preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment with prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and propose products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and the community.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Attend services as needed to support families and events.
