Job summary

Everstory Partners in Berkley, MI is seeking a Sales Counselor to help individuals and families make important funeral and cemetery decisions with confidence and care.

You'll build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, manage leads in HubSpot CRM, and guide purchasing decisions while earning first-year earnings of $65,000 to $85,000 with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Training is paid during the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and cemetery-related products.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through various sources: inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, customer activity, and sales opportunities.
