Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through referrals, prospecting, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and document contracts using HubSpot.
