Job summary

Everstory Partners in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices with empathy and care.

You will build a sales pipeline using inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, manage leads in HubSpot CRM, and earn commission based on performance. A first-year target of about $85,000 is expected with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese or Arabic.
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Attend services as appropriate to support families and participate in community events.
