Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral and cemetery service selections. The role combines walk-in and outbound lead generation with offsite client meetings, requiring a valid driver’s license. Training pay of $18.00/hour for six weeks is provided.

First-year earnings are estimated between $55,000 and $75,000, with uncapped commission. Candidates should have high school completion and some sales experience; proficiency in MS Office and CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred (Business, Marketing, Sales).
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; travel includes client meetings and community events.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required; experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads via walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Support customers through the decision process and maintain discretion.
