Job summary

Everstory Partners in Greensboro, NC seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions, selling pre-need and at-need services, property, and memorial products at Lakeview Memorial Park.

You'll build a strong pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach while managing activity in HubSpot CRM. Compensation includes uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline via inbound leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities and follow up through the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products and pricing clearly and guide purchasing decisions.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and sales opportunities.
