Job summary

Everstory Partners in Florida seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral service selections and attend services. You will drive pre-need and at-need sales, handling inventory, cemetery services, and related merchandise. Leads come from walk-ins, calls, and proactive prospecting.

Expect uncapped commissions with earnings potential, plus weekly training pay. A human approach to compassionate service is essential in supporting families during difficult times.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).

Responsibilities

• The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
• Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
• This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.
