Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor in Rochester Hills, MI to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include selling pre-need and at-need services, building a customer pipeline, and maintaining relationships using HubSpot CRM. This role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries and walk-ins; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families and community partners.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments and sales opportunities.
