Viva Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to warmly receive guests, assist visitors, and coordinate with residents and staff in a compassionate, organized manner. The role emphasizes clear communication, attendance discipline, and adherence to facility policies within a senior living environment.

The position involves answering calls, guiding visitors to resident rooms, signing in guests, and performing light typing and document duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must adhere to Viva Senior Living’s attendance policies and follow the terms and conditions of employment as set forth in the Employee Handbook.

Aufgaben

• Receive guests and visitors, having them sign in.
• Assist visitors in finding resident rooms.
• Answer telephone and takes messages (to include caller’s name, telephone number, time, and date of call), respond to requests, forward information to other staff members.
• Announce appointments and arrivals to appropriate staff.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.
