Cogir Senior Living in Washington seeks Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and independence. You will work in a team to create a nurturing environment and uphold residents' dignity.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an active CNA/HCA license, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per protocols.
• Promote independence, dignity, privacy, and emotional support for residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (beds, tidying rooms).
• Maintain open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
