Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks dedicated Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity, and preserving independence and privacy.

You will join a supportive team, engage residents in life enrichment activities, assist with light housekeeping, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and room upkeep.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
