Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Mill Creek, WA, is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents in our community. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and dignity, and work as part of a supportive team to ensure comfort and well-being.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, valid CNA or HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of caregiving experience; weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed, while adhering to community protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support, engagement, and companionship for residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
