Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a community setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and comfort, and support residents' independence while respecting privacy and dignity.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid CNA or HCA license per state regulations, and current First Aid/ CPR or ability to obtain. Weekend rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA or HCA license per state regulations required.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate care, encouragement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Support participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining residents' privacy and dignity.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
