Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents in a supportive team setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort and safety, and help maintain residents’ dignity and independence.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid CNA or HCA license, and First Aid/CPR certification, with at least 12 months of caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• 12 months of professional caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide independence, emotional support, and companionship to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
