Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Washington state seeks Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

You will work in a team to maintain a supportive environment, promote independence, and respect residents' privacy. Training and a growth-focused setting are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, following safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence and well-being.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
