- Minimum 12 months of caregiving experience in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of memory care is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful toward residents.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and integrity.
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while following safety guidelines.
- Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Support participation in life enrichment activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping and room upkeep.
- Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, and staff.
