Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

You will work in a team to support residents, participate in life enrichment programs, and coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff. A valid CNA or HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of caregiving experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per safety guidelines.
• Provide independence, emotional support, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
