Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents in our Washington communities. You will support daily living activities, ensure safety and comfort, and promote dignity with a person-centered approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and strong communication as part of a caring, resident-focused environment. Weekend rotation is required and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, engaging residents and promoting independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and socialization.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining clean living spaces.
• Promote open communication between residents, families, and staff.
