Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a team setting. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain residents' dignity and safety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following protocols.
• Provide independence-focused, compassionate care and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
