Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a team-based setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote dignity and safety, and support residents’ independence while respecting privacy.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid CNA/HCA license, and current First Aid/CPR or the ability to obtain. Weekend rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety guidelines.
• Promote independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying rooms).
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, and staff.
