Required: High school diploma, CNA certification in good standing, and English proficiency. On-the-job training is provided; weekend/evening/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA in good standing on the Ohio Dept. of Health Nurse Aide Registry.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily resident care per the Plan of Care and as instructed by the Charge Nurse.
• Assists with ADLs, personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety.
• Monitors residents and reports changes to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and supportive environment on the unit.
• Participates in care conferences and routine team communications.
