Ohio Living is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and standards. You will support care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe and compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Full on-site position requiring the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. On-the-job training provided; high school diploma or equivalent required; CNA in good standing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry required.
• Experience: None required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsabilités

• Provides daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and as instructed by the Charge Nurse.
• Maintains the Plan of Care for residents or patients.
• Assists with ADLs, personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration, and safety.
• Assists with dying resident care and post-mortem care.
• Observes and reports pressure areas and skin breakdown.
• Performs nursing treatments and rehabilitative procedures as required.
• Creates a warm, caring environment on the unit; answers calls promptly.
