Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality daily care to residents in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining care plans, and supporting restorative and comforting care. The role requires good English communication and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily resident care per nursing procedures and plan of care.
• Maintains the Plan of Care for each resident or patient.
• Assists with ADLs including personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration and safety.
• Assists with care of the dying resident and post-mortem care as needed.
• Observes and reports pressure areas and skin breakdown.
• Administers nursing treatments as required and restorative procedures.

Education
