Ohio Living is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality daily nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations. You will work under the Charge Nurse to support residents and patients, maintaining the Plan of Care and delivering ADLs with dignity and safety.

Responsibilities include administering daily care, assisting with comfort, monitoring condition changes, and documenting in the EMR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsabilités

• Provides daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and instruction from the Charge Nurse.
• Maintains the Plan of Care for residents/patients.
• Assists with ADLs including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, hydration, and safety.
