Job summary

Ohio Living in Ohio is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality daily nursing care to residents and patients in accordance with standards and regulations. You will support activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the Charge Nurse.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an active CNA license in good standing with the Ohio Department of Health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Maintains the Plan of Care for the resident or patient.
• Assists with ADLs including personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Observes and reports changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
• Ensures a warm, safe, and supportive environment throughout the unit.
