Job summary

Ohio Living in Ohio is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality daily nursing care to residents, following the Plan of Care and federal, state, and local guidelines.

You will support ADLs, monitor residents, and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and care team to ensure a warm, safe, and respectful environment.

Candidates must be able to read and write in English, have a high school diploma, and hold an Ohio CNA certification; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing in Ohio.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily resident care and supports Plan of Care.
• Maintains safety, hygiene, and comfort while assisting with ADLs.
• Documents observations in EMR and communicates changes to the Charge Nurse.
• All other duties as assigned.
