Talentify is seeking an administrative professional to support funeral home, cemetery, and crematory operations. You will schedule meetings, draft memos, transcribe notes, prepare invoices, generate reports, and monitor expenses in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle confidential information with discretion, assist with HR processes, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced professional environment.
• Advanced computer, internet and word processing skills (typing 40–60 wpm).
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
• Plan events and prepare expense reports.
• Respond to inquiries in writing or verbally and compile reports.
• Enter contract details and maintain documents in information systems.
• Process accounts payable and other accounting support transactions.
• Assist callers and direct to appropriate team members.
