You will maintain a safe residential environment, engage residents with trauma-informed care and de-escalation, respond to safety concerns, and complete documentation to ensure continuity of care.

The role includes varied shifts and mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain professional boundaries.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, orderly residential environment.
• Engage residents using trauma-informed approaches.
• Respond to conflicts, safety concerns, and crises.
• Screen residents and visitors with dignity and security.
• Provide emergency support (First Aid/CPR, Narcan training provided).
• Complete documentation (logbooks, incident reports, progress notes).
