Job summary

Yardi experience is preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence within Greystar's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or similar software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce standardized processes and tooling to improve operations.
• Support daily tasks of direct reports to ensure service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to leadership.
