Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a residential community. You will manage a maintenance staff, handle work orders, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-quality standards throughout buildings and grounds.

The role emphasizes resident service, vendor coordination, preventative maintenance, and cost-control practices, with a focus on delivering a superior living experience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the source of faults reported by residents and complete repairs per safety standards.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect coworker work to ensure policy compliance and quality.
• Monitor contractors and vendors to verify they meet scope and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate supplies with the Community Manager.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures per policy.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
• Lead safety meetings, keep OSHA-related requirements current, and ensure compliance.
• Deliver responsive customer service and manage resident inquiries with urgency.
