Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and manage the on-site team.
• Develop and monitor budgets; analyze financial statements and trend reports.
• Execute marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and evaluate performance.
