Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, ensuring financial and operational goals are met while maintaining high service standards.

You will supervise staff, manage leasing processes and budgets, and collaborate with owners to optimize performance. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic property team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Yardi, and/or OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Supervise property staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee leasing processes, including applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Maintain client/owner relationships with updates and reports on performance.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations and respond to resident service requests.
