Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to keep the community's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition, aligned with Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and function.

You will diagnose resident requests, perform repairs, manage the make-ready process for vacants, coordinate vendors, maintain inventory, and support budget goals while delivering responsive, respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools; safe tool use knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with basic math for financial and admin docs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and codes.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments, schedule vendors, and inspect results.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
