Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and studios.
• Engage with local community to identify ambassador opportunities and grow guest base.
• Interact with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners.
• Review data and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.
