lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Grand Junction store. You will engage with guests, share high-quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

Your role supports seamless guest interactions and active participation in an inclusive team environment. You will be responsible for presenting products, assisting with transactions, and promoting omnichannel programs while maintaining store standards and a premium,

Responsabilités

• Create world-class guest experiences through engagement and product education
• Assist guests with needs, provide tailored purchase and return solutions
• Explain product value and benefits to guests
• Execute seamless omnichannel transactions (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store)
• Move on the floor to assist guests and store operations
• Solicit guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal store operations
• Perform presentation, restocking and floor upkeep per standards
• Utilize in-store tech and maintain a clean luxury environment
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
