Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy by engaging with the local community, hosting events, and supporting product seeding with Ambassadors and partners. You will build lifelong relationships with local studios and ambassadors while delivering exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and grow community presence.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community-related data and share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
