Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, engaging with Ambassadors and partners while delivering an exceptional guest experience on the floor.

You will manage relationships with local studios, support product seeding, and host events to grow guest acquisition and retention in Chandler, AZ. Strong communication and inclusive teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships with Ambassadors and partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data to share insights with leadership on events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
